Sabine Fuss explains, how livestock farming could become a key in climate change policy.

Sabine Fuss, head of working group Resources and International trade at the Mercator Research Institute on Global Commons and Climate Change (MCC) explains in an interview with Frankfurter Rundschau, why food security and climate protection are not suspended from each other but accompany each other. However, there is one condition - efficient livestock farming. „This contributes much more to the reduction of greenhouse gases than a reduced meat consumption", she says.
