 Kristina Peselyte-Schneider

Kristina Peselyte-Schneider is working at the MCC as EU research manager. Her tasks include:

  • advising on EU research funding programmes,
  • conceptual and administrative support during the application process (incl. budgetary advising and planning),
  • administrative coordination of the implementation of EU projects (in particular 'Horizon 2020').

After graduating in political science at the Vytautas Magnus University in Kaunas (Lithuania) and at the FU Berlin (M.A.), Kristina Peselyte-Schneider worked as project manager for a non-governmental organisation, where she coordinated international projects in the areas of energy efficiency, sustainable urban development and improvement of the living environment. From 2015 to 2017 she worked as a research assistant at the HafenCity University of Hamburg (HCU). The subject of her work was the application and implementation of international and interdisciplinary research and cooperation projects.
