Friedemann Gruner is a PhD student in the MCC working group Economic Growth and Human Developement and at the Berlin School of Economics. His research focuses on the public economics of carbon dioxide removal policies. Prior to joining MCC, Friedemann studied Economics at the Humboldt University of Berlin and the Toulouse School of Economics. He holds a MSc in Economics from HU Berlin and a BSc in International Economics from the University of Tuebingen.
