Nikolaj Moretti is a PhD candidate in the working group of Economic Growth and Human Development. His research focus lies on public debt in the context of climate policy, in particular its distributive impact between and within generations, as well as fiscal rules and their interaction with climate policy.
Before starting his PhD, Nikolaj completed his Master’s in Economics and Econometrics at the University of Nottingham and Universität Tübingen. Prior studies include International Relations and Mathematics at the Technische Universität Dresden and Universität Heidelberg.
